Like our elders, we use everything that our environment gives us. The Bosque is an endless source of natural resources and we want it to remain so.
Sheep keep the Bosque clear
We use sheep to keep our Bosque clear and we compost our scraps with their waste.
We also support biological control, reintroducing native birds of prey such as the small owl, the kestrel and the tawny owl.
Matasnos honey
Our bees are the best environmental quality certificate; their honey is 100% free of pesticides and herbicides.
A recent study showed that 75% of honey is contaminated with pesticides. Ours is not.
